1. Scope

The terms and conditions must be applied to all contracts of sale established electronically or via the website www.verasia.eu, between the company that runs this website “Aprende Chino Hoy S.L”. and any consumers or users who wish to acquire any of the products displayed on the website.

 

2. Completion of the contract

Governed by the provisions of the civil code, this contract comes into force from the moment in which Aprende Chino Hoy S.L. has evidence that the customer has accepted the offer.

 

3. Language

The completion of the contract must be in English.

 

4. Accepting the terms and conditions of sale

Before completion of the contract the customer must read the terms and conditions of sale and accept them by ticking the corresponding box during the purchasing process.

6. Prices

The prices of our products are including VAT as per current legislation. The prices on our website are displayed in euros and exclude shipping charges. Any other costs that may arise will be paid by the purchaser, who will be informed about the amount and the final price before completion of the contract.

In case a technical error occurs and the price of a product is displayed

erroneously, (for example a product is displayed at the cost of 0 euros), according to the regulations in force, the seller can cancel the purchase for legal purposes.

 

7. Shipping methods and delivery

Several shipping methods with different conditions and delivery times are available.

Notes:

Once the customer has completed payment, the order will be shipped.

The delivery cost will be calculated in real time so you can see the total amount of your purchase.

Book stocks are limited, and if the book you require is unavailable, you will see its expected date of availability in the detailed book information.

Once we confirm your order has been shipped and if you do not receive it within the previously mentioned delivery time, you can get in touch with us so we can enquire with the carrier. In case the order was sent by registered mail, the Spanish postal mail company Correos reserves the right to reply within up to 3 months for international shipments and 1 month for domestic shipments. We will contact you as soon as we receive their reply.

The delivery cost will be charged according to the prices indicated on our website. The exact amount of the delivery cost will be displayed during the order process.

 

8. Payment methods

You can choose from several methods of payment.

9. Reservation of ownership

The property in the goods delivered will remain vested in ourselves and will not pass to the customer until he has made payment in full of all sums due.

 

10. Return policy

According to our return policy and in compliance with the regulations in force, you can return any book within 14 days of receipt.
You will not be required to provide any reasons for returning the book, but it must be in good condition (new and not used).

In the case of DVDs, CD-ROMs or CDs please make sure to return them in their original packaging and that the plastic bag is undamaged. 
Verasia.eu guarantees your refund within 30 days after receipt of your returned items.
Before returning any items to us, please contact our customer service team via email (info@verasia.eu). Please note that we don’t accept COD.
Once you have informed our customer service team, please send the items you wish to return to: (pondré una dirección aquí)
 

If the reason for your return is that the item you received is damaged or defective or it is not item you ordered, Verasia will pay for the cost of the return and the shipment of the replacement.

If you are returning an order because you are not satisfied with it, you will get a refund for the book you purchased as well as for the delivery costs (in case of urgent delivery we will only refund the cost of standard delivery). However, the cost of the return must be paid by the customer.
