Shipping methods
We offer the following shipping methods, which you can choose when placing your order, each with different costs and transit times.
Shipping to Europe
1. STANDARD Delivery to your address in approximately 4 to 8 business days. Tracked shipping. |
2. EXPRESS - 24/48 hrs Delivery to your address within 1 to 2 business days. |
Shipping to the rest of the world
DHL Express shipping For international shipments outside Europe we use DHL Express Worldwide. Approximate delivery times by zone are as follows:

Notes
- Orders are shipped after the customer has completed payment.
- We do not ship orders on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Orders confirmed on those days are prepared on the next business day.
- If you are logged in, shipping costs are calculated automatically in real time so you can see the total amount of your purchase.
- Once we notify you that your order has been shipped, please check the carrier's tracking information first. If you do not receive your order within the indicated delivery times or the tracking does not clarify the situation, please contact us and we will immediately file a claim with the carrier.
Payment methods
All prices shown in the shop include VAT. We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Please include your first name and surnames, or your order number, as a reference when making the deposit or transfer. Once we receive your transfer we will notify you by email and ship your order. If we do not receive the transfer within three days of your order date, we will cancel it. This payment method is only available within the eurozone (SEPA transfers in euros). For transfers, please make sure the final amount received matches the invoice total. |
Returns policy
- In compliance with current regulations, our policy is to grant you the right to return any book within 14 days of the date of receipt.
- You don't have to give any explanation: any book returned in normal condition (new, undamaged and unused) will be accepted without question.
- If the return concerns a DVD, CD-ROM or CD, it must be in its original packaging with the shrink-wrap intact.
- Within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return, Verasia undertakes to issue the refund.
- Before making a return, you must notify the customer service department at info@verasia.eu. Returns with postage due are not accepted.
- Once notified, the return must be sent to: Verasia – C/ Núñez Morgado 4 (local), 28036 Madrid (Spain). Tel. +34 915 231 806.
- If the reason for the return is that the book is defective or does not match what was ordered, Verasia will cover the costs of the return and the new shipment.
- If the reason for the return is that the order (in whole or in part) is no longer wanted, we will refund the value of the returned products and the original shipping costs (if express shipping was selected, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded; in the case of partial returns, the original shipping costs will not be refunded). However, the return shipping costs are not refundable and must be borne by the customer.
- Returns are not permitted for orders placed outside the European Union that required export procedures and have undergone customs clearance.
