Traditional Japanese chopsticks Kawai - Tokiwamidori color (green)

Traditional Japanese chopsticks green color. They are traditionally made using lacquered bamboo found in the Japanese prefecture of Kumamoto. 

Kawai is a brand specialized and the design of cutlery, specially chopsticks. It was founded in 1947 and since its origins, members of this brand use traditional techniques while making all their products. The most common material is bamboo, which they use in many different styles to change its color or its appearance. Nowadays, Kawai has its headquarters in the city of Obama, in Fukui's prefecture.
