Volume 5 of collector's edition of Neon Genesis Evangelion (新世紀エヴァンゲリオン), the manga written and illustrated by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto. This 7 volumes collector's edition has been made in A5 format and each volume includes extras special contents. This volume in particular includes a postcard signed by Shinki and Kaworu. 

Evangelion is the story of Shinji, a quiet and lonely boy who is recruited by his father, who directs an organization called NERV. Shinji's mission will be to pilot a robot known as Evangelion in order to fight with strange creatures called angels.
