Tokyo Revengers Vol. 28

Volume 28 of Tokyo Revengers (東京卍リベンジャーズ) a manga series written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It was serialized since March of 2017 in Weekly Shonen Magazine from Kodansha. 

This manga is the story of Takemichi Hanagaki, an unemployed 26-year-old boy who discovers that his ex-girlfriend has been murdered. Takemichi will have an opportunity to return 12 years to the past to change the facts that have lead his partner to death and at the same time, take revenge on the band who has killed her.
