Darwin's Incident Vol.8 (Darwin Jihen)

Volume 8 of Darwin's Incident (ダーウィン事変), a manga written and illustrated by Shun Umezawa. It began publication in Monthly Afternoon magazine in June 2020.

This manga tells the story of an animalist group called Animal Liberation Alliance that raids a laboratory with the aim of rescuing a primate that will give birth to a hybrid between human and chimpanzee. 15 years after this incident, Charlie, which is how this hybrid is called, goes to high school and tries to have a normal life. One day, he meets Lucy, a young girl who seems to understand his feelings and his loneliness. However, even though 15 years have passed, the Animal Liberation Alliance is still looking for Charlie for a dark purpose.
