Yukoku no Moriarty Vol. 21 (Moriarty the Patriot)

Volume 21 of Yukoku no Moriarty (憂国のモリアーティ) also known as Moriarty the Patriot, a manga series written by Ryōsuke Takeuchi and illustrated by Hikaru Miyoshi. It was first published in August 2016 in Jump Square magazine. 

The protagonist of this manga is directly based on the characters from the books written by Arthur Conan Doyle: Sherlock Holmes. In Yukoku no Moriarty, the main character is professor James Moriarty, whose main goal is to destabilize the British empire who has achieved great power in Europe at the end of the XIX century.
