Nige Jozu no Wakagimi (The Elusive Samurai) Vol.3 (逃げ上手の若君 3) is the third volume of Matsui Yūsei's historical manga about Hōjō Tokiyuki.

On Suwa's northern border, a band of outlaws led by Shōkan launches a ruthless invasion that wipes out the adults and leaves only the children. There Tokiyuki meets Fubuki, a young dual-sword swordsman whose meticulous strategy had been holding the outlaws off; noticing Tokiyuki's gift for fleeing, Fubuki passes on the secret technique for cutting down the enemy general.

Recommended level: Intermediate (JLPT N3–N2). Every kanji carries furigana, though it includes proper nouns and historical vocabulary from the Kamakura period.
