Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai (I want to eat your pancreas) Japanese novel written by Yoru Sumino

Kimi no Suizō o Tabetai (君の膵臓をたべたい), or I Want to Eat Your Pancreas, which is its title in English, is a novel written by Yoru Sumino. It was first published through Internet, however Futabasha publishers decided to publish it in physical format. The novel became popular when it came out and it was adapted into an animation film, manga and also a live action film. 

It is the story of Haruki, a boy who accidentally finds the diary written by Sakura, one of his classmates. In this diary, Sakura has written that she suffers a fatal illness and she might die soon.

A suitable reading for N2 or above students. 

The novel does not contain furigana.
