Oboete Tanoshii Seikatu Kanji Karuta

"Oboete tanoshii seikatsu kanji karuta (おぼえてたのしい 生活漢字かるた)" is a kanji learning material that uses cards similar to the Japanese card game Karuta.

This box includes 3 types of cards: ones showing a kanji, others showing that same kanji with a picture that makes sense of it, and a third type showing a sentence that contextualizes it.

In total, students can learn about 103 vocabulary words from 5 areas: basic vocabulary, traffic signs, words related to the bank and post office, vocabulary related to street furniture, and words related to healthcare.

In addition, one of the main features of this material is that the cards can be combined to form sentences using different kanji, just like in the real Karuta.

This game is recommended for use by teachers in the classroom and not so much for independent use by students, at least not for those at a basic level.
