Katakana Shi 2: Explain it without using any Katakana words - by Kazuna* (TUKAPON)

‘Tiramisu,’ ‘data,’ ‘politics’: how would you explain these words without using katakana? This is the second instalment of the card game in which you must describe katakana-based topics without using katakana and get everyone else to guess.

Both the topic cards and event cards are different from those in the first instalment, so you can play with individual games or mix them up.

The questioner describes the word on the topic card ‘without using any katakana words’.

The others take turns guessing the topic in order of speed. Each player has one chance to guess.

If guessed correctly, both the guesser and the questioner receive one topic card each, and the guesser becomes the next questioner.

Each theme card is worth one point. The first player to reach 10 points wins.

Event cards, such as ‘In 10 seconds’ or ‘In haiku style,’ add more excitement to the game.

お題カード、イベントカードともに第1弾と内容がちがうので、
単品はもちろん、セットでまぜて遊ぶこともできます。

出題者は、お題カードの言葉を“カタカナ語は一切使わないで"説明します。
他の人は、早い者順でお題を当てます。解答権は1人1回です。
正解したら出題者と正解者はお題カードをそれぞれ1枚もらい、正解者が次の出題をします。
お題カード1枚につき1点となり、先に10点を取った人の勝ちとなります。
「10秒以内で」「俳句風に」などの表現を制限するイベントカードが、ゲームをさらに盛り上げます。
