Shin Nihongo Keigo Training starts with a brief introduction of what is "keigo", by answering to basic yet essential questions such as "In what kind of situations do we use keigo?" or "Who should we use keigo with?"

 

The book is divided into eighteen topics such as greetings, making plans, saying sorry, presentations etc. 

 

Each chapter starts with some reading or a conversation, followed by explanations and exercises on what has been studied. 

 

The answers to the exercises and the audio transcripts are at the end of the book.
